- Mana Drain is supposed to draw 20 threat, but doesn't as of patch 1.02.
- Spell combinations: Improved Drain – 50% more mana is drained from targets afflicted with Vulnerability Hex.

- Arcane Warrior spellcasting: the spell can be cast with your weapon(s) drawn.
- This spell has no effect on enemies that rely on stamina rather than mana. However, some users of mana that may not be obvious include demons and abominations.
