Lyrium-Laced Bilge Hoop is an Act 2 side quest in Dragon Age II.
Acquisition[]
While doing the quest Fool's Gold in the Deep Roads location Hawke will find a small barrel on the ground near the other treasures. Loot it and then a quest will appear in your journal.
Walkthrough[]
Go to Darktown and talk to the Whiskey Master who will offer Hawke a reward.
