Linette is wife to Louis.
Background
Linette married Louis whom she loved deeply. Linette's younger brother Garde told her that he was going to fight in the War of the Lions for Emprise, she wasn't happy about his decision but he lied to her instead he was going to Ferelden. One night Louis caught him stealing Linette's jewels he tried to stop him but Garde fought him. Louis accidentally killed him about which Louis never told Linette that he is dead and she believed that he want to war. After the Red Templars took over the Emprise du Lion and Sahrnia, she saw them taking her husband Louis. She is deeply worried about him believing that he is dead. Linette is also worried about her brother whom she believes is at the war.
Involvement
Linette can be found in Sahrnia, she will be sitting near a fire to warm herself from the cold. She can be heard saying maker why have he allowed this to happen. She will sadly say that her little brother has gone to war and that her sweet Louis is dead and again she says maker why. When The Inquisitor frees the slaves and finds a letter of Louis that he killed her little brother. When The Inquisitor returns to Sahrnia, they can tell Linette about it and when she is given Louis's letter at first she doesn't believes it and say that her brother is at war that he is enlist in the army. She then tells them that she wants to be alone and tells them to please leave. If not given the letter she doesn't learns of her brother's fate and The Inquisition can interact with her, she will say to them that Louis was alive all this time and that she didn't even dare hope.
