Lily is a Chantry initiate in Ferelden's Circle Tower. She is a temporary companion that appears in the Mage Origin. She is also Jowan's girlfriend.

Involvement

Lily and Jowan will ask a mage Warden to help them escape, as they both fear Jowan being made tranquil. Lily is willing to leave her life as an initiate behind, in order to be with him. However, after Jowan proves himself to be a blood mage, she rejects him, leaving him to escape alone. She is willing to accept her punishment from Knight-Commander Greagoir, even if it means being sent to the mages' prison, Aeonar. Nothing is heard of her after the Mage's Origin, but when Jowan is in Redcliffe Dungeon, he asks the player (Mage) if they know what has become of Lily. Your options are to lie to him and say Lily is fine, or tell him that you don't know what happened to her. If the Warden chooses to execute Jowan during the Arl of Redcliffe quest, his final request is that should the Warden ever encounter Lily, to let her know that he is sorry and that he loved her until the end.

Starting Talents/Skills: Lily begins with level 1 Poison-Making and level 2 Combat Training

Rogue: Dirty Fighting, Stealth

Dual Weapon: Dual-Weapon Training, Dual-Weapon Finesse

Archery: Pinning Shot

As Lily is merely a temporary companion, future statistic/skill allocation is not important, but it is still a good idea to make the most of the skills she does possess. The player will be able to equip Lily with both a mace (main hand) and dagger (offhand) from the inventory, in addition to a suit of chainmail. She is the only physical DPS that will be in the party (Jowan is the only other companion at this stage) and she can take advantage of Jowan's Flaming Weapons spell because of her Dual-Weapon Training. (If the Warden knows Frost Weapons, she can use that too.)
