If The Warden successfully persuades [[Lanaya]] at the [[Brecilian Outskirts]] to open her 'secret' chest or if your attempt to break into the chest is successful, you'll find a Codex entry called "In Uthenera", the lyrics within are those sung by Leliana, hence, the song would be called "In Uthenera".

elder your time is come
now I am filled with sorrow
weary eyes need resting
heart has become grey and slow
in waking sleep is freedom
