Left to Grieve is a side quest in Dragon Age: Inquisition.
Letters from soldiers who fell on the plains were left behind in the midst of battle. Sergeant Meursault wants to return them to the families of the dead.
Walkthrough[]
The first letter can be found close to the fort while taking the path north. There is a wagon situated on the sidelines. The letter can be found inside a book laying on the ground.
The second letter can be found under the carcass of a dead animal located near the road.
The third letter is on a barrel next to the road that leads to the eastern fortifications.
The fourth letter is on soilder's corpse in the eastern fortifications, beside the wheel of the northernmost trebuchet that is falling of the rampart.
The fifth letter can be found in a small glade next to the eastern fortifications, near a wooden wagon.
The sixth letter can be found next to the trebuchet, near the center of the search area in the western fortifications.
The seventh letter is situated due north of #6, on a pile of sandbags to the left of the steps, in the trench just north of the western fortifications.
Once all the letters are collected, return to Sergeant Meursault to complete the quest.

Bugs[]
- The search function may not properly locate some of the letters.
- Some of the corpses containing letters may completely disappear, rendering it impossible to complete the quest; it is currently unknown as to what triggers this or how to correct the issue.
