The quest is triggered after traveling to the Frostback Basin and completing Jaws of Hakkon.
Walkthrough[]
From the River Inquisition Camp, travel upstream until you come across an Inquisition outpost under attack by Hakkonites. A Hakkonite Bruiser and two Hakkonite Bowmen are attacking Inquisition forces at the auxiliary camp. Assist in defeating them, then speak to Lieutenant Farrow to complete the quest.
