Ladies' Lights Out is a side quest in Dragon Age II.
Acquisition
Whilst travelling in Hightown, Act 2, at night you will be attacked by the Invisible Sisters. Eventually, after enough encounters you will be given a message to visit the hide-out. A map marker will direct you to a "Suspicious House" in Hightown (East of Hightown Square.)
Walkthrough
Kill "Gracious" Gillian Winger in the "Suspicious House", along with any Invisible Sisters remaining.
Reward
There is a lady character in the back rooms of the Hanged Man at night named A Friend who gives 2 
for removing another bunch of lowlifes.
