Kingfisher's Staff is a unique cold staff from The Descent DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition.
Acquisition
The Descent
- Looted directly next to a skeleton within Bastion of the Pure section of the Deep Roads, it can found at the end of the bridge after completing the Deep Roads Expeditions: Buried Sea Bridge, a Mug: Cup of Cobalt can also be found.
