"K" is a criminal leader operating out of his hideout in Denerim. He contracts interested parties on various illegal missions through the bartender at the Gnawed Noble Tavern.
Involvement
K gives the quests Negotiation Aids, Untraceable, and Dead Drops. If the Dead Drops were not disarmed, and the quest False Witness has not been completed, he will also give New Ground.
If "D's" final task Harsh Decisions is accepted, K will be discovered cornered in K's Hideout, where he can be killed. This will automatically fail any quests yet to be completed for him, and make subsequent ones unavailable.
