Jaws of Hakkon is the first quest in the Jaws of Hakkon DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition.
Professor Bram Kenric of the University of Orlais has sent word to the Inquisition. He believes a remote area known as the Frostback Basin could hold secrets beneficial to both academic research and the Inquisition itself. Further investigation is warranted.
Acquisition
The quest is triggered automatically upon reaching Skyhold.
Walkthrough
Complete the war table operation Investigate Frostback Basin, which costs 8 Power, to unlock the new area. Travel to the area and speak with Scout Harding and Professor Kenric in the following cutscene. The quest is then automatically completed.
