Hunger Pangs is a side quest in Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Wild rams live in the hills near the crossroads. Their meat could mean the difference between comfort and starvation for the refugees.

Acquisition Edit

Speak to the refugee hunter at the campfire at the Crossroads.

Walkthrough Edit

Note: Completing Hunger Pangs is one part of a larger, unmarked side quest to help the people of the Hinterlands. See Corporal Vale's character page for further information.

The refugees at the crossroads are short on food, so the hunter tasks you with finding food for them. The map is updated with an area that has some rams, and the party must kill 10 of them to collect the meat. They don't fight back, but catching them can be a chore, so magic/ranged attacks are more efficient. Watch for roaming patrols that frequently spawn in this area though. Note that while this quest is active any ram will drop ram meat, including rams at Haven. Once 10 portions of ram meat have been collected, return to the hunter to complete the quest.
