Hubris is a unique staff in Dragon Age II.
Acquisition
Looted from a Frost Horror on the way out of the Varterral Hunting Grounds during the Act 2 quest Mirror Image.
Note: This is the only staff in the game that gives a bonus to Health, so it is a good choice to a Mage Hawke that uses Blood Magic, or Merrill (if you can't find a staff that gives a Blood Magic bonus).
