Speak to a requisition officer at one of the Inquisition camps in the Hinterlands.
Walkthrough Edit
Collect the following items:
Drakestone (3)
Obsidian (5)
Ram Leather (5)
Crystal Grace (1)
Return to any requisition table and craft the item "Dwarven Puzzle Box".
