Acquisition
Talk to Solivitus in the Gallows, who will ask you to gather several herbal resources for him. This quest is offered twice, in Chapter 1 and 2, with different resources to find each time.
Walkthrough
The resources you have to find are distributed around Sundermount and The Wounded Coast.
In the Act 1 quest you must find:
- Spider's Silk Gland – Drops from spiders in the Ruined Passage during the Magistrate's Orders quest.
- Dragon Fang – Drops from the final dragon in the The Bone Pit quest.
- Ironwood Bark – Ask Master Ilen in the Dalish camp in Sundermount for directions.
In the Act 2 quest:
- Dalish Tattoo Ink – Looted from a chest in the Dalish camp in Sundermount.
- Harlot's Blush – Grows in the northwest of The Wounded Coast near Magus Tavarin Hall and Cave entrance.
- Varterral's Heart – Drops from a Varterral in Sundermount during the Mirror Image side quest.
Rewards
1st quest - 3 sovereign
2nd quest - 3 sovereign
Dragon necklace
There's also a necklace you can get made when you kill the High Dragon and loot its corpse at the Bone Pit in act 3. This quest should activate after you slay the High Dragon and take its fire gland. The quest will tell you take the gland back to the mage at the Gallows, where he will craft the item.
