Helsdim Rolfsen is an Avvar trader made available with the addition of the Jaws of Hakkon DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition; his shop can be found in Stone-Bear Hold in the Frostback Basin.
Background[]
This merchant sells Avvarcentric Skyhold customization items. His shop is located in Stone-Bear Hold up the hillside path on the left just prior to reaching the Augur. His wares are unlocked upon completion of the war table operation Investigate Frostback Basin.
Helsdim is a well-travelled merchant. He has visited multiple towns in both Ferelden and Orlais, reaching as far as Val Royeaux, which he greatly admires for its beauty and splendor. With the help of an older trader, he has read how to read, write, and also how to behave among lowlanders.
If Varric is in party when entering the shop, Helsdim is revealed as a big fan of his writing. He says that he's read all of Varric's books and owns each edition of "Hard in Hightown", including the "banned version".
