This merchant sells Avvarcentric Skyhold customization items. The merchant is located in Stone-Bear Hold up the hillside path on the left just prior to reaching The Augur. The merchant's wares are unlocked upon completion of the war table operation Investigate Frostback Basin.
Involvement Edit
After completing They Came From Somewhere Else, Trader Helsdin can be asked to join the Inquisition as an agent under Leliana. Recruiting him opens up the war table operation A Conspiracy of Dunces.
