Commander Helaine is the trainer of the Knight-Enchanter specialization. She can only be encountered if the Inquisitor is a mage.
Involvement
After completion of the Specializations for the Inquisitor war table operation, three trainers will appear at Skyhold, and if the Inquisitor is a mage, Helaine will be one of them, and can be found in the Lower Courtyard. After the Inquisitor specializes she can be found near Vivienne on Skyhold's balcony, regardless of what the Inquisitor specializes in.
