The heartwood needed to craft this bow comes from a Wild Sylvan named The Old One in the Wending Wood.
The bow is crafted by Master Wade during the quest Heart of the Forest if the Warden-Commander chooses a bow instead of the Heartwood Shield as a quest reward. Both items are tier 9.
