East of the orphanage entrance, The Warden can find a woman who has been Hearing Voices. A survivor from the orphanage, she has been tormented by the voices of the "bad men" and misses her Grandmother who she feels always protected her, even though they never met.
Walkthrough
The quest is only given after taking the amulet from the locked chest in the Alienage orphanage. In order to proceed to the orphanage, the quest Something Wicked must be started. In the final room of the orphanage, after fighting the final demon, there should be a chest that contains a Worn Amulet, which once belonged to her grandmother. After recovering the amulet exit the orphanage and give the amulet to the woman, she is labeled as a "deranged beggar".

Result
After being given the amulet, the woman thanks the Warden and walks away, seemingly more at peace.
Bugs
- The Worn Amulet is not removed from Plot Items Inventory after being given to the "deranged beggar."
- Sometimes you can't give her the Amulet and the quest doesn't end.
