- Like all poultices in Origins, the use animation depicts a Health Poultice being drunk like a potion. Poultices are typically applied topically.
- Iron Bull makes reference to this in Dragon Age: Inquisition, commenting that the healing potions Stitches makes are fantastic but taste terrible. To which Stitches replies: "That's because it's a poultice, ser. You're not supposed to drink it."
