Havel is a merchant in Dragon Age: Inquisition; his shop can be found in Val Royeaux.
Background[]
Havel is a surface dwarf working in Val Royeaux's Summer Bazaar. He claims that with the Mage-Templar War resolved he is now able to sell his wares which are made by his kin with some of them coming from as far as the Hunterhorn Mountains.[1] Whether this refers to Kal-Sharok or not is unknown. The dwarf's shop primarily sells mid-leveled light, medium and heavy armors. Havel is located on the northwest side of the Summer Bazaar in the same store front as the Val Royeaux Expensive Merchant and the Val Royeaux Weapons & Upgrades Merchant.
Involvement[]
Havel becomes available after the war table operation Address the Chantry in Val Royeaux during the main quest the Threat Remains. However, Havel's wares are only unlocked upon completion of either main quest In Hushed Whispers or Champions of the Just.
