Hauntings: Deathly Curiosity is a side quest in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. Myrna and Vorgoth request the Veilguard's help in dealing with a malign spirit that has been freed by the gods. While this spirit was once a spirit of curiosity, it has turned to a darker purpose.

This quest can be acquired by speaking to Myrna and Vorgoth after unlocking the Necropolis Halls exploration level.

Walkthrough[]

An unnerving spirit of Curiosity must be stopped before it turns into something worse.

Stop a Curiosity spirit[]

Head to the chamber directly south from the Hollow Bellfry. If the door leading to this room hasn't been unlocked during the quest Unwelcome Guests (which can be obtained from Myrna directly after accepting this quest), it is recommended to do so for convenience. Otherwise, take the long path using the door leading North-East from the Hollow Bellfry.

Once inside the Spectral Court, a fight will break out with the target, Burgeoning Malice. This enemy is vulnerable to Necrotic damage and dishes out long ranged attacks. After it has been dealt with, return to Myrna and Vorgoth to complete the quest.
