Harper's Ford is an outpost town in the Northern Coastlands of Ferelden. It was taken by Highever soldiers during the Orlesian occupation, after Arl Tarleton Howe sided with the Orlesian invaders and was subsequently hanged by order of the Couslands; to be replaced by Arl Redorn Howe, who would later side with the Ferelden rebels.
