Harley Casimi is a lieutenant in the Kirkwall City Guard.
Involvement[]
Harley can be encountered on the Wounded Coast. She and her fellow guards are under attack by several members of Evets' Marauders, an infamous band of raiders. Though they are taking casualties, Harley refuses to retreat, as it would allow the raiders to escape and continue terrorizing the coast. She asks Hawke for help in taking them down. If Aveline is present, she tells Hawke that Harley is one of her guards, and that she was recently promoted. Harley mentions that this is her first patrol. Hawke can convince the guards to join them in the fight against Fell Orden and the other raiders, tell them to wait while they clear the area, or simply walk away from the fight.
If Fell Orden is defeated, Harley thanks Hawke and tells then to see Jalen for a reward. She then calls her remaining guards and leads them back towards Kirkwall.

- If the quest is not completed during Act 2, Hawke's journal updates at the start of Act 3, stating that Harley and her guards were left to die.
