Acquisition
- Elora gives The Warden her halla's antlers if you pretend to examine the halla and suggest that nothing can be done to help it survive at the end of the Elora's Halla side quest in the Dalish Camp of the Brecilian Forest. Give the halla antlers to Varathorn, who will craft them into the Halla Horn amulet.
- In Awakening, Velanna will be equipped with this amulet when she joins the party.
