Hakkon's Mercy is a unique dagger from the Jaws of Hakkon DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Acquisition

The weapon is found in a chest behind the left of the two locked doors in "Razikale's Reach" during the quest On Ameridan's Trail. The door can be unlocked by using the floor puzzle.
