Garin is a dwarf merchant who can be found in Orzammar, near the entrance to the Diamond Quarter. His mind is somewhat addled by his accidental lyrium blood poisoning.
Involvement
Garin is particularly noteworthy because he sells a Golden Mirror remarkably similar to the one Morrigan had as a child. He also sells a valuable dagger, The Rose's Thorn.
He also will stock items for Shale (both small and large crystals) and the ones for sale will improve as the game progresses.
