Acquisition

• During the quest The Siege of Weisshaupt, dropped by the Ogre enemy The Relentless Wall encountered at the Township Streets.
• Grey Wardens faction shop
• During the quest House of the Dead, in a chest in the northeast corner of The Fade, which is the part of the zone that appears as a library.
• During The Heart of the Titan, in a map-marked chest in a part of the Lyrium Cavern accessed through the Old Shafts. This chest is at the east end of the initially disabled zipline and is visible upon first entering the Lyrium Caverns, but can be reached only from the upper floor of the Old Shafts.
• Hossberg Wetlands - In a map-marked chest in a part of the Sheltered Glade made accessible by completing the quest Something's Coming.
