Hey so i just got through perfecting my dragon age origins/ awakening file and i did witch hunt last and i was wondering when asked to import in dragon age 2, would we import the character from witch hunt (who im assuming has all my decisions from origins and awakening) or would i import my awakenings character??
I'm sure I've read somewhere on BioWare forums that DLCs WILL have an impact on DA2, so, yeah, I guess importing your last save file that it's from Witch Hunt will be be possible. —Rocketai (Ho there! • Chase my tail!) 01:09, February 25, 2011 (UTC)
You would have to import all three of the saves (Awakening,Origins, and Witch Hunt along with Golems of Amgorrak). Dragon Age 2 Will give you the option to import all four. <Anon>
I hope someone develops a save file editor like they did for ME2 I've done a play through in preporation for DA2 but I don't think I'll be able to get through the 2 other play throughs that I want, I mean I love the game but I can't play through the entire story line three times. I presume you're going to import the part of the game that you want to affect DA2. So, going by the OP's question, you would want to make sure your save went all the way back to Origins, like this; Origins-->Awakening-->Golems-->Witch Hunt (--> meaning you imported your character into each part, so all of the decisions are carried over into the next game/dlc). So, OP, if you used your Warden in each part, Witch Hunt is the same you'd import into DA2.
