The Visit Anders page here says you can get up to 35 friendship points, but even when making all the good choices the most I've been able to get is 10. Culd there be some bug in my game, or could there be a mistake in that entry (claim wasn't tested)?Tamarisk Green (talk) 00:31, March 26, 2012 (UTC)

Your Hawke should be a female to get Friendship Anders: friendship (+35), she should flirt with him and you shouldn't have friendship capped at 100 as a result of this quest (because if you have 90 before the quest, you will never get more than 10 as a result of it). Are you sure all three conditions are met?) Asherinka (talk) 00:35, March 26, 2012 (UTC)

I didn't know there was a level cap for friendship, as other games I have you can keep increasing things even when the gauge looks full. Ander's friendship bar was pretty full in the first act, so i must be hitting 100. Knowing that, maybe I should have some fun being a jerk. Thanks!Tamarisk Green (talk) 01:01, March 26, 2012 (UTC)

It works the same way in DAO: whenever you're due to hit 100 approval, it'll only add whatever number is necessary to reach it. Eg. If you have Shale at 93 approval and give her her first personal gift (ie. scripted +10 approval), you'll see "Shale approves +7" pop up. The only difference between the two systems is that, in DAO, you can still lose approval even after it's at 100. In DA2, whenever you hit 100 Friendship or Rivalry, it locks in, and you can be as much of a jerk or as much of a saint as you like without any changes occurring.
