I hadn't considered the possibility of Flemeth being involved in their disappearance, though I hadn't really considered their disappearances being connected at all. Interesting if true. I imagined my Hawke only going with the mages for a short while before deciding to stay out of the world, move to somewhere remote with Merrill and raise a family away from all the madness. I don't know about my Warden. She didn't romance anyone and had no real goals apart from fighting darkspawn and hoping to see the elves liberated. I guess if there's anything that would make her desert the Grey Wardens, it would be an elven uprising.

Which makes me think, wouldn't it be really cool if where your Warden showed up in DAI varied on which origin you played? Like an elf Warden could appear fighting with the elves, but a mage Warden could instead show up somewhere else having sided with the mages. That would be a very nice touch. 16:57, May 17, 2014 (UTC)

Seeing as both the Warden and Hawke have not only disappeared at the end of their respected games, but also disappeared or managed to stay hidden during the world shaking events of Bioware's own canon stories that fill the time gaps between games. So it's going to be amusing if they do reappear in DAI it's going to be rather interesting explaining where they've been for the past decade (in the Warden's case) and seeing as their romance partner (with the exception of Morrigen) doesn't know where they've gone they were probably kidnapped by Flemeth.

The reason I think Flemeth might have been the one behind their disappearance is because she is the one thing both protagonists had in common was meeting her and being guided to place they could cause world changing events, most likely to change them in her favour. Also it's possible Flemeth trapped them after they've both ceased being useful/fulfilled their purpose/ become a threat. BlackDragon666 (talk) 13:08, May 17, 2014 (UTC)

Well, it's a good point of view. I think that there will be some kind of relation between the main characters of the three games, and the only link between the Warden and Hawke it's Flemeth. Unless you consider Anders (but he's an optional companion in the first game and for this reason it's hard to consider him important in this particular context), and Leliana, who could be the one that can put in communication the three protagonists. --Turuzzusapatuttu (talk) 15:16, May 17, 2014 (UTC)
