So i've been contemplating something for a while now..In DAI, Qunari are a playable race, however other than character reactions toward your player do you think there'd be a Qun related quest-line? because i'm having difficulties believing that the Qun would demand you assume the role of "leader of the inquisition" and wander around a war torn world looking for reasoning of the veil being torn open, and stopping the mage/templar war.. at some point one would think that you'd be straying from the Qun and hence ceasing to be Qunari and become Vashoth or Tal'vashoth..so theres my question, shouldn't the new playable race be titled as Vashoth?? There are not only the followers of the Qun and Tal Vashot, there are also qunari, who were risen in human kingdoms ignorant of existence of Qun and Tal Vashot. Of course if the qunari appear in DAI, they will see the qunari Inquisitor as a bas, an off-spring of ignorance. Qunari Triumvirate doesn't know much about human history, the Inquisition is alien to them. I think still there will be a chance to become a bas-alitan.[[User:FirstDrellSpectre|FirstDrellSpectre]] ([[User talk:FirstDrellSpectre|talk]]) 22:20, December 15, 2013 (UTC)

I've been wondering this myself. Additionally, female Qunari are not warriors, so how could a female Qunari Inquistor wind up joining a military organization? Tal-Vashoth makes more sense. Though the Qunari in this sense may simply refer to the Inquisitor's race and not necessarily his/her cultural and/or religious affiliation. --Silver Warden (talk) 13:07, December 16, 2013 (UTC)

Talis was a member of the religious branch but still had some military expertise, it could be possible that the Qunari have some form of chaplin who is either gender. --Halisme (talk) 16:02, December 16, 2013 (UTC)

Technically Talis is ex-Qunari, but point taken. From what I understand, the Ben-Hassrath are police and spies - Talis was a spy. If the Qunari in Inquistor is a Ben-Hassrath, he/she could be either gender. It would also explain why the Qunari would join the Inquisitors. They could be gathering information about them, or perhaps even attempting to sabotage them from within. --Silver Warden (talk) 18:28, December 16, 2013 (UTC)

It seems as if the Qunari Inquisitor is given an actual name (custom first name and surname) rather than a title (which we know those of the Qun only have titles, not actual names). So, my guess is that they're not going to be a follower of the Qun because that wouldn't make sense, but maybe a Tal-Vashoth or perhaps was never part of the Qun at all. Maybe an ancestor of theirs left the Qun a long time ago and have lived in the human society, raising a family just like all other humans. WhiteClaudia (talk) 01:05, December 19, 2013 (UTC)
