Look at Surface dwarves at the notable section. Shouldn't Orghen be a notable surface dwarf. Since he techinally became casteless when he join the party and left the city.--Dalish Arrow (talk) 00:32, November 22, 2013 (UTC)

He could be added there, that's true. However, for future reference, it would be more suitable to make that question in Talk:Surface Dwarves rather than create a separate forum post.

They're technically casteless, but the Shaperate classifies them differently, a difference that amounts to some being allowed to trade with Orzammar (only way to get human goods when needed/sought), not being treated like criminals and forced into the role of criminals, and not getting branded on the face.
