I finished this game twice. Both times I paid 500 Silver for the sword I retrieved from her house. And both times she would answer something like "Oh, thank you. Now we can rent a wagon to move to Denerim". Later in die epilogue she ain't mentioned. Well, I actually intended to make her marry Teagan.
So, are there any other requirements I might have missed? Both times the Warden survived the final battle.
