In the game, I am currently doing Landsmeet, and I was just working through Loghain confrontation. I though I had everything as it should have been for Loghain to be forced to fight me one on one, Alistair staying a Warden, and Anora becoming Queen after she backs me up.
However, in the conversation with Anora I told her there is no chance for Loghain to live, that he has to pay for his crimes, and I guess that's what made her go all female dog on me, and she betrayed me at the Landmeet, causing me to fight Loghain's guards.
Now, I want to role-play my character, and after something like that I can't just make her Queen nonetheless. I romance Alistair unhardened, and if I make him the King, he will leave my elven mage. The whole purpose of this playthrough was to have a mage Warden stay with romanced Warden Alistair.
The conversation with Anora I had several hours of playing before, and since this is only one plot flag, I thought maybe it's possible to unflag it with the toolset. Thing is, I don't know anything about the toolset.
Ah, nevermind, anyway. I get the Out of memory glitch when the program hits about 3.4 GB of RAM usage. I only got 4, so I guess the save file is too complex.
Damn, I will have replay through Alienage, Blackstone Irregulars, some Orzammar, Mages Collective and Crime Wave because of this stupid b-word wanting to protect her criminal of a father.
- Don't worry it happened to me as well and I had to do all this over again. So I can understand how you feel :P 01:26, January 28, 2013 (UTC)
Best thing to do is throw her under the bus first. Before you go into the landsmeet you talk with her and tell her that you will support her bid for the throne. Now when the landsmeet occurs she will back you in saying that her daddy is a bit crazy. There, you have her support. Now here is where the fun really takes place. When they ask you who you think should take the throne. You can choose Alister and watch the steam shoot out of Anora's ears. I got a good laugh out of it. Have fun! I did the same as the post above me. My reason for betraying that b**** is because she betrayed me first and got me thrown in Fort Drakon. I was just returning the favor. Emmalee (talk) 05:38, January 28, 2013 (UTC)
Try taking out all the stabby tools out of a toolset. See how she manages to stab you with a wrench...although...knowing Anora...in other words, I have nothing useful to contribute. :-) Dorquemada (talk) 08:11, January 28, 2013 (UTC)
