I noticed when Cousland meets Howe in the dungeons that the dialog goes differently. Sometimes Howe says "I never thought you'd be fool enough to turn up here" and sometimes it's "I thought Loghain made it clear that your pathetic family is gone and forgotten". I wonder what this change depends on? Tried googling it, but to no avail. Any thoughts?

Cousland choosing either 'Only until all the Howes are dead.' or 'I demand blood rights! This man murdered my family!' as a response to Howe's 'The Couslands are dead. The teyrn of Highever belongs to the Howes, and rightfully so.' is the specific trigger. (Either 'Enjoy your moment. It will end soon enough.' or 'When does the Landsmeet begin?' will result in Howe saying 'I never thought you'd be fool enough to turn up here. Wow. I suspected it depended on what you say when you meet him for the first time, but didn't know for sure. Thank you!
Please sign. I'm not completely sure, but I think it has to do with what the Warden says when they meet Loghain, Howe, and Ser Cauthrien after heading to Denerim with Eamon. One of the lines says something like "Howe butchered my family, I demand blood rights" to which Howe says the Couslands were traitors.
Normally, dialogue changes have to do with earlier dialogue choices. The meeting at Arl Eamon's Estate is the most likely candidate, but I suppose it could be the result of some later decision, like telling Erlina you are there for vengeance, not the queen.
