We also have [[:Category:Dragon Age: Inquisition requisition items]] which lists all items needed to fill requisition requests, including valuables. That, combined with the [[Valuables]] article that splits out the different types of valuables by junk and quest related (and creature research, which has its own page) would seem to me to fit what you're looking for. That's how I use the Valuables article, anyway. Anytime I find something in-game I go to that article and CTRL-F to see if it's junk or not. --{{User:Kelcat/Sig}} 19:24, January 29, 2015 (UTC)

Forums: Index > Wiki DiscussionDA:I Category: Valuables which should not be sold
Note: This topic has been unedited for 3323 days. It is considered archived - the discussion is over. Do not continue it unless it really needs a response.

I would like to recommend a Valuables sub-category (or sub-categories) for Dragon Age: Inquisition to sort 'junk' by their purpose. It would cut through a lot of the confusion generated by other websites.

(Please keep in mind that the names I have offered are only placeholders because I'm prioritizing comprehension.)

I have been told that a "Valuables which can be sold without ill effect" would be too large to manage and that one for items related to quests would be more straightforward. From the perspective of a player trying to figure out what to dump, it is my opinion that having the categories "Sellables", "Quest-affiliated" and "As of yet unknown" may be the way to go: A user can have all three category pages open on a separate device and CTRL+F (or equivalent) the item in question.

I would be happy to add the category/ies where required (I have experience wrangling this kind of stuff), however I feel it should be greenlit first, especially because I don't know how to word it or how anyone else would like it formatted.

Thank you for your consideration, --ALC Shmoo92 (talk) 15:48, January 29, 2015 (UTC)

Is there a Valuables#Junk specific to DA:I? If so, a part of it's solved just like that! --ALC Shmoo92 (talk) 17:18, January 29, 2015 (UTC)
This page is DAI specific. – mostlyautumntalkcontribs • 17:30, January 29, 2015 (UTC)
