I am interested in what kind of characters you will create. Personally my favorite thing about RPGs is character customization, so please tell me what sort of mounts will you use? What color will you dress your'e characters in? Heavy armor or light? Personality? Weapon style? My first Character will be Male Dalish with red Vallaslin, and blood red armor maybe with a bit of grey. Red Hart Halla as a mount, and will probably be a rogue. Also, I'm going to go for a lighthearted personality.(Lon Dubh (talk) 11:36, May 5, 2014 (UTC))

I'm hoping Bioware will let us have new customization options we didn't have before, like scars or age. I want my Inquisitor to be an old badass, like Liam Neeson or Danny Trejo. Not sure about personality yet. I think I'd like him to be the strong, silent, stoic type. Tough and intimidating, like a Qunari, but human. But I like characters whose appearance and manner mislead others about their basic nature. Like I played Hawke as aggressive, but kind in his way and still always does the right thing. I'd like my Inquisitor to have a reputation for being a ruthless old killer, but he's really someone who's conscience is wearing heavy in his old age and wants to use the Inquisition to make things right. 13:01, May 5, 2014 (UTC)

Bioware limits customization only to faces, shame because I want muscular warriors and thin rogues. I'd like earings or piercings for the Inquistor rather than tatoos. I plan a qunari female rogue with piercings if possible. She'll wear heavy armor, because I want an unqiue composition, an agile ranged damaging tank. He mount will be halla, because she loves horned animals. She's true neutral, she's just a woman of profit, she supports those, who pay her more.156.17.71.249 (talk) 13:14, May 5, 2014 (UTC)

In terms of customization, I assumed we'd have somthing similar to the companions, like we would be able to wear a set uniform or clothing, and that can change the appearance of armors and robes worn along with it. I mainly thought of this seeing the examples of the three classes as they all had a similar style in terms of clothing/armor.--Jcama (talk) 14:22, May 5, 2014 (UTC)

I have read on the Inquisitor page that the Inquisitor will be able to summon a Deamon from the fade in combat. I think it would be great if its appearance changed to fit your characters combat style or moral choices, or if it could be customized directly by the player.(Lon Dubh (talk) 14:36, May 5, 2014 (UTC))

My main Inquisitor would be a female human mage with brown hair and possibly blue\grey\brown eyes depending on how it looks on the engine curly\wavy hair to the shoulders if possible and id like her to wear some blue armor not complelty blue maybe black and blue or sliver and blue but you know how hawke has the red? id like it for her to be blue her persobality would be a smart ass with a bit of a temper riding id like it to be a halla but it might look stupid so maybe a horse preferable black or brown :) I also imagine her to be a bit confused on the whole rift closing thing and how she ended up being able to close it idk thats how i imagine her Faye_Cousland (talk) 19:39, May 05, 2014 (UTC)

Any ideas for names? My Characters will all have Irish Celtic names like Naoise, Diarmuid or Lúfar!

I don't know if it helps you or not, but I named my Warden Caemryn. Was going to be Cameron, a nice unisex name, but I Celted it up a bit when I figured since she's a City Elf who idolized the Dalish, she should have a Dalish-y name. And my Hawke was named Raylan, after Raylan Givens from Justified. Haven't decided what to call my Inquisitor yet. I'm leaning towards Murgen, one of my favourite characters from the Black Company books. 19:49, May 5, 2014 (UTC)

I think I'm going to play as an elf who escaped Halamshiral during the events of Masked Empire, if I can. Dual wielding rogue, who will probably wear mostly black armor for sneaking around a lot. I like the idea of the Anon above who wanted more scars to choose from, I'd love to give him a wicked scar he got during his escape. He is going to have a huge chip on his shoulder against humans, especially Celene. Drake72 (talk) 23:21, May 5, 2014 (UTC)

The details really depends of the deep of the character creation (how the faces/hairs/colors looks like), but I'll try to make the Inquisitor my best character of all Dragon Age games (will be hard to take my Warden's place, but I will try!). I will go for a Dalish Elf female rogue, pale skin, white hairs and light eye colors too. Would be amazing if I can use robe on her, I never could dress my female characters in a feminine and elegant way without being a mage - and I never play mages... - So I would be happy if in this game I could pull this off; I will always go for black/grey/silver clothes or armors same colors for weapons too. Also I think that she will look great in a white Halla, no other mount I would use since she will be a proud elf. I'll make her personality strong, trying to push for a more cold/quiet behavior but she will do all and everything she can to the common best; I'll try to save as many people as I can, but I must say that I hold no love for Tevinter or Orlais (my heart will always be Fereldan) so if possible I'll try to find my way on taking the rulers of those countries down. --Belethiel (talk) 05:06, May 6, 2014 (UTC)

I'll make my Dalish character extremely resentful towards humans I think...(Lon Dubh (talk) 08:53, May 6, 2014 (UTC))

I usually like to make a human with grey hair in RPGs, middle age if possible, although for some reason in DA:0 & 2, only NPCs can have grey hair, while the closest option for me is black or white (which looks ridiculous). My main character in DA:I will probably be a elf, although I haven't thought about how he'll look, most likely will look different from my elf in Origins, who's also dalish, which is going to make it a tiny bit more annoying if the tattoo options are the same, since I only liked one.
