I just want to know if it is still possible to get this achievement (main character must have no deaths for the whole duration of the game), if I died but I didn't save my game? Unfortunately I failed to protect my main character and he died, but I immediately closed the game after. I was logged in to my EA/Bioware account when it happened. Can I still get the achievement if I load my previous save?

This achievement checks to see how many times your character has been Injured in battle (see Character Sheet). If its zero by the end of the game, you will get the achievement --Tierrie 18:15, December 12, 2009 (UTC)
As long as you do not save when your main character becomes injured, you will receive the achievement. If your entire party falls and you reload the game, then it won't count. But if your main character falls and you win the battle and continue playing, then it will. Simply reloading will work just fine. DarwinSighs 19:19, December 23, 2009 (UTC)
I got this with one injury. The section of the Brecelian Forest where your party falls asleep at the camp site and your mage saves you from the demon technically counts as the rest of the team being KO'd and says on the counter one KO on record, but I guess it still doesn't count since I got the achieve anyway. 115.64.118.162 19:46, January 10, 2010 (UTC)
Apparently, it is possible to finish the camp section without your group passing out.
When you don't examine any of the items in the camp after the initial cutscene and just try to walk away, the demon will attack you nonetheless, but your whole party is alive and well - at least that is how it worked for me.
I too got the achievement when my PC had a single injury obtained when falling asleep at the camp, but on another playthrough walked away without examining the camp and can confirm that it's possible to stay awake and avoid any injuries. Zoev talk 16:25, February 20, 2010 (UTC)
