Forged Documents is a plot item in Dragon Age: Origins.

It is given to the Warden by Vartag Gavorn, in order to be planted in the Carta Hideout to implicate Harrowmont's cousin Harvel with supplying lyrium to the Carta during Betrayed from Within quest.

- Vartag Gavorn can be found in the Proving Grounds or in the Chamber of the Assembly and the letters can be placed in a chest, which is quest marked, in the room where the confrontation with Jarvia takes place.
