Flissa is the owner of the Singing Maiden, Haven's tavern, in Dragon Age: Inquisition.
Background
Flissa managed an inn in Denerim, and when she heard gossip, she would pass the word to Leliana. When Leliana asked her if she wanted to own her own tavern, she accepted and this is how she came open Haven's tavern.
Involvement
Flissa spends all of her time standing behind the bar of her tavern, the Singing Maiden, in Haven, she offers no services but she will converse with the Inquisitor when prompted.
When Haven is assaulted by Corypheus' forces, Flissa is trapped in her burning tavern under a pile of debris. If the Inquisitor fails to free Flissa, she will be crushed when the roof of the tavern collapses on top of her. If Flissa survives the destruction of Haven, she will pledge herself to the Chantry and her position as the Inquisition's tavern keeper will be taken over by Cabot. She can still be seen walking around Skyhold.
