- Looted from the Arcane horror in Chateau d'Onterre; see Emerald Graves side quest Chateau d'Onterre.
- Rewarded upon completion of the Exalted Plains' side quest Map of Halin'sulahn.
- Obtained from any weapon crafting table via a Fire Rune Schematic.
- Always found in the following weapons:
