• Found in a locked chest on the third floor of The Tower of Ishal.
• Also found in Sandal's wares in the Apprentice Quarters of the Circle Tower in the Witch Hunt DLC for 2 35 74.

Notes

• This item can only be obtained if the Warden is a rogue with sufficient Lockpicking ability, as you will not have any rogues in your party during this part of the game and you cannot return here with Leliana or Zevran.
