In the random encounter Out Of The Way, it is received from killing Renold's apprentice Heshir who has become an abomination.

- The ring cannot be sold.
- The player is not mandated to hold this item in possession to complete the side-quest, as long as the other relevant item is accessed, therefore circumventing the needless pressure on inventory discussed.
