Far Song is available from Redcliffe Village's new blacksmith. The new blacksmith is available only after you bring Owen bad news, telling him his daughter, Valena, has died. He will then lock himself in to his smithy and hang himself only to be replaced by a new blacksmith the next time you enter the village. See Lost in the Castle for more information.
