As demons pass through the Veil into Thedas, they seek out that which they desire the most: life. Being unable to distinguish between something which is still living and which no longer is, many demons will possess the bodies of the dead. Trapped within the lifeless corpse, the demon will be driven mad and will lash out at the truly living around it.
An Enraged Corpse is the name given to those creatures that are possessed by rage demons.
Their main combat tactic seems to be fist fighting.
