Encircling Veil is a mage ability from the Rift Mage specialization in Dragon Age: Inquisition.

In order for the effect to work, targets must first be Weakened, via Punching Down (upgraded Veilstrike), Shatterstone (upgraded Stonefist), Shaken Veil (upgraded Pull of the Abyss), basic attacks with Maker's Will as an active passive ability, or the secondary explosion from Virulent (upgraded Walking Bomb)
