Elva is a bitter elven woman encountered during the City Elf Origin.
Involvement
If the Warden speaks with her, she expresses bitter contempt due to Cyrion getting an attractive fiancée for the Warden, whereas her arranged husband is "a fat old man." Later, when the guard captain arrives to arrest the elves responsible for the attack on the estate, if Soris and the Warden refuse to step forward, she will rat them out to the guards.
