Elsa is a tranquil mage of the Kirkwall Circle of Magi and the assistant to Knight-Commander Meredith Stannard.
Background[]
The knight-commander states that she prefers a tranquil assistant as she finds the tranquil to be both efficient and single minded, with Elsa in particular being extremely organized. Anders, however, believes that it is a show of power and a way to unsettle mages.
Involvement[]
Elsa is involved in the quest On The Loose. After several mages escape from the Gallows, Elsa provides Hawke with background information for the three suspected maleficarum who have eluded the Templars, Emile de Launcet, Huon, and Evelina.
