Dworkin Glavonak is the brother of Voldrik and is considered by most, including his bother to be insane leading him to be called several different names by character such as "Dworkin the mad", "Dworkin the explosives dwarf" and "Mad exploding short person" by Seargent Malvaires. Dworkin is obsessed with his work which resulted in the death of four of his apprentices and another smith.
He is first seen when the Warden-Commander first arrives egging on a group of darkspawn on and then blowing them up. He later requests that the Warden find him some Lyruim Sand for his bombs and can make grenades for the commander.

Trivia
- It is very possible that Dworkin's name and general character are an intentional homage to Dworkin Barimen -- also known as Dworkin The Mad -- a character in Roger Zelazny's seminal classic fantasy series known as The Chronicles of Amber[1]. In the Amber novels, Dworkin is a sorceror, and the paternal grandfather to the entire Amber clan[2]. While he is ostensibly human, Dworkin Barimen is described as being dwarf-like on more than one occasion.
